30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Select health and personal care items
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
- A returned book shows obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records have been opened
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items are returned after the 30-day return period
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
- Contact your bank for further details.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@booknexushub.com and ship the product to our return address.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to them.
Return Shipping
To return your item, please ship it to our return address (details provided via email).
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
